I have created a simple plugin that allows you to select different graphs from different hosts and email them at a specified time to users. The graphs are sent as embedded images in an HTML email.
The plugin is currently in beta, it works but lacks some polish. A lot more options are in the works (like a more robust scheduler) and the ability to add other things besides just graphs to the reports.
Poke it, prod it, let me know how it goes.

| I finally got this working. It uses the THOLD plugin to send mail, but only seems to work with PHPMail, and not SMTP - have you tried this ?

I actually don't know how to get PHPmail to work, I've got an SMTP server I can use. Is there a tutorial on how to get PHPmail to work?
I will look for it anyway...

Just had to configure Sendmail correctly - there are a fair few articles on that out on the web...

Notice: Undefined index: report_create in /usr/share/cacti/site/lib/functions.php on line 196
Notice: Undefined index: report_create in /usr/share/cacti/site/lib/functions.php on line 220

| Import the table into the cacti database. It is not done for you in the beta.
