I have installed the Monitor Plugin. I followed the instructions.

Copied over the folder to the plugins folder. i didnt change the name of the folder like the instructions said so it is named monitor-0.8.2

Edited the global.php file to $plugins[] = 'monitor';

ported over the monitor.sql file to the database.

I can see the plugin managment option under Configuration but its not showing the plugin?

it says Last Scanned : Never

how do i cause a scan? just reboot? command?

thanks for your help

GOT IT. You need to make sure that root has access to all files and folders beneath the plugins folder. So once you copy over all of your plugins just propagate the permissions of the plugins folder to everything beneath it.
