Hello everyone!
I've just started working and notice that the company I work for had an old cacti box for test. Since it was an old version of CactiEZ I downloaded the newest version to reinstall it. I did take a backup of the config before, just in case.
However I want to be able to add alot of devices (around 500) and using the discovery plugin I scanned some subnets and found alot of devices.
However most of them are gonna use the same kind of template for graphs.
So what I want to do is to scan a subnet, an then automaticly add it so devices and create a graph for all interfaces on it. How can I do that?
I've googled abit but fail to find some good instruction about how to do this? Is it even possible? Or do I have to add them one by one and create graphs one by one?
Thx in advance

You can use the command line scripts under /cli. They seem to work very well. Just find your paramters you need and write a wrapper in shell script or php or whatever you like.
Here is the http://docs.cacti.net/node/529
