|
|
Hello,
My Cacti can show only graphs of network traffic for a specific network interface,
but i would like to monitor network traffic on a linux router per specific IP address.
I guess i need a plugin for this? I would like to know which plugin and how to configure it.
Thanks.

| You are looking for netflow, but you won't be graphing the information, just be able to query it. The Flowviewer plugin is the plugin to query the info, but you need to setup the backend on your own.

| so if you can't graph the information from netflow, how else can you graph per IP traffic on a server?

| I haven't figured out how to monitor network traffic per ip with cacti yet, but there is an interesting solution to do it directly with iptables.

| Where did you find that? And does it store the stats in the MySQL db?
