Heya All,
I recently 'upgraded' my CactiEZ to the latest version (4.x). I pretty much just followed the instructions for an upgrade of Cacti itself, i.e. I made backups of the RRA files, scripts, etc. Then after I installed 4.x, I moved everything back and imported the database. When I run Cacti for the first time, it runs through the upgrade process (as my database import has installed the previous version) and I am basically done.
So after that everything is working just fine. I am not yet using flowview. My Cacti says there are updates to plugins and I apply them all except Boost. It all seems cool. Now I want to use Flowview and so I find that I need to add a device to it. When I go to the devices page I get:
Notice: Undefined index: allowfrom in /var/www/html/plugins/flowview/flowview_devices.php on line 407
2055 NetFlow version 5
Notice: Undefined index: compression in /var/www/html/plugins/flowview/flowview_devices.php on line 410
Notice: Undefined index: 1 in /var/www/html/plugins/flowview/flowview_devices.php on line 411
All that is at the page top. The form seems unaffected and I can 'add' and get that form also. So it 'seems' to run right with the errors except I cannot save the device. It goes back to the base 'devices' form showing the default device as the only device.
What could be causing this?
Also, a quick question about the path: If I define my device to be under the path 'router1' is that proper? Does it need a leading or trailing backslash? Does the directory have to exist or will the plugin create it?
Regards and TIA!
Chum
