Monitor a 3com switch and/or Netscreen Juniper SSG5 VPN/firewall to see which port is consuming the most bandwidth using which protocol(s) to what dest and from what src IP/port/mac ?
Thanks all.

Look on the Cacti forum for the Netscreen templates. In theory, you can get per-policy traffic counters out of the Netscreen if Counting is enabled for all policies. In practice, I've never managed to get it working with 5.x code (on 208s, 5GTs, SSG5s...). That would be the easiest way if it works for you.
Instead of that, look at Netflow, but you'd need some PC to sniff the traffic unless the 3com switch supports netflow.
