I notice that Thold is not updating its information, and the "Last Poll: " time reported is not correct. Also, when I get to any of the devices, the graphs are empty.
I went to cacti.log and I saw these messages:
02/14/2008 10:32:10 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'2002', SQL:"select poller_output.output, poller_output.time, poller_output.local_data_id, poller_item.rrd_path, poller_item.rrd_name, poller_item.rrd_num from (poller_output,poller_item) where (poller_output.local_data_id=poller_item.local_data_id and poller_output.rrd_name=poller_item.rrd_name) LIMIT 10000"

| All you need to do is to increase the max concurrent processes in the poller settings from 1 to 5 or higher. You could also increase the other performance parameters on this page such as threads per process to see if it makes the problem disappear. It works for me.
